Goal

Automate the agency’s activity, optimize project management, and speed up the launch of projects, set up remote access to all indicators from anywhere in the world, distribute work between departments, create a reliable and secure storage of all data and documents.

What we did

We have studied the customer’s business processes, identified key issues, outlined possible solutions, and planned a gradual TMS introduction into the customer’s compan.

Configured CRM integration with the client’s website and telephony; adjusted automatic analytics and reporting. We have also integrated a module to send documents, invoices, and acts directly to the customer’s email, implemented document preview in the system without the need to download it, configured access to the customer’s card for all managers, and added the “next step” sequence with scheduling and notifications

Result

The number of processed applications has increased due to the automation of most operations. The system is also used as a database; therefore, the time for searching information on external resources has been reduced. What we did
